Octotel have confirmed that they are required to urgently reboot one of our OLTs in the Vredehoek/ City Bowl node in order to access and connect additional customers in the area.
The reboot will result in certain customers connections dropping for 2-3 minutes.

Duration: 2-3 minutes
Octotel Engineers will be on site to ensure down time is kept to a absolute minimum. During this time customers may experience intermittent to no connectivity.
