Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Octotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 27/05/2025 13:58. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

Octotel are observing services for VoIP Services have restored. Engineers are monitoring for stability.
