Evotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Evotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Evotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 21-03-2026 @ 20:11. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update (22/03/2026 @ 19:53): 

Service to the majority of clients has been restored. The final few affected clients have been isolated and our team will attend to these on a case-by-case basis. Please keep an eye on your phone. Evotel team will contact you directly to attend to your repair.

 

Update (22/03/2026 @ 16:02): 

Splicing is ongoing, and clients are beginning to reconnect. Evotel will monitor progress and keep the community informed of any delays.

Next update: 8PM or sooner.
