Link layer is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Link layer technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Update (30/01/2026 @11:08):  

Due to a third party contractor Link layer infrastructure has been damaged, and their team will need to conduct repairs.

The team will need to replace cables from manhole to Manhole and splice through. The team will need to replace cables from manhole to Manhole and splice through.
