Metrofibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.
Update (13/03/2026 @16:06):
Metro Fibre estimate that it will take approximately 16 hours to repair the services due to the extent of damage caused by municipal works.

Metrofibre wants to advise that the outage was caused by municipal works in the area.
They are working hard to restore services, and they will keep us updated on our progress.
