Vumatel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area/s:  Tygerdal-ds

Impact: Customers may experience no/slow/intermittent connectivity. 

 

Vumatel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment. 

Update (11/05/2026 09:10):  

 Vumatel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 10/05/2026 14:31. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues. 

 

 

Update: 10/05/2026 09:31

As per technicians "RTS advised that the DC input fuse and PCB were damaged due to the UPS operating with one phase missing for an extended period and will need to be replaced." RTS is now on route to collect a replacement UPS.
 


Update: 10/05/2026 07:16

POP outage caused by generator and UPS supply trip. Services restored, further investigation scheduled for 09:00.

The technician has arrived onsite and troubleshooting will commence shortly.
