Linklayer technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Please note that our technicians are still in the process of localising the fault. Due to limited visibility in the dark, locating the exact point of break is taking longer than expected. We will provide an estimated time of restoration as soon as the break is identified.

Please note that our civil team is currently onsite, and localisation efforts are underway. An Estimated Time of Restoration will be provided once the exact location of the break has been identified.

Please note that following further investigation, our upstream provider has confirmed an outage has affected the link. Technical teams have been dispatched to site. An estimated time of 1 hour.
