Openfibre technicians have confirmed a disconnection from the network node and are currently working to isolate and resolve the issue.

We have followed up with our vendor escalations team to confirm the latest status on the dispatch. They have informed us that they are now coordinating with the Regional Coordinator and will provide feedback as soon as it is available.

Our technical team is actively working to restore connectivity. They are addressing the issue, which involves a cable break, by restoring links systematically. The night shift team will be handing over to the daytime technicians to ensure continuous effort.
