The DFA technicians have commenced splicing all the fibres and ETR is 00:00

There currently is a cable break that affected five NFA’s,The DFA technicians have floated 3 cables, there is 4 more cables to go.The DFA technicians were struggling
to get out the old core cable. They have since removed it and are floating a new cable as most NFA’s links are on the core cables. ETR to follow.

SADV are still working to resolve the issue.

SADV has confirmed that they are aware of the technical difficulties currently being experienced at The Village.

The fault has been escalated to their backhaul service provider and they are currently onsite investigating.

We will keep you updated with information as we receive it.
