Octotel are currently aware of the customers down in the Estate, The Sandown in the Blouberg area. This is due to an independent contractor who has trenched alongside the estate and damaged our fibre infrastructure.
Octotel engineers have been to site to asses the damaged cable and confirmed the cable and conduit will have to be replaced.
Octotel are working on getting all links restored as a matter of urgency and will provide further feedback once the links has been restored.
