Impact: Customers in the area will experience no connectivity.

DNAtel Techs are currently investigating. No ETR
@12:00PM: Still no ETR, faulty equipment onsite

Kindly note the new equipment was installed , however did not resolve the issue.
We are now following up with our upstream provider for urgent resolution.
We will inform you as soon as we have information
