Vumatel has confirmed the following outage:
Date: 15/11/2021 06:00
Suspected area/s affected: Northriding
Fibre Networks affected: Vumatel Aerial
Suspect Impact: Customers on the above Fibre lines in the above areas will experience intermittent connectivity.
The outage caused by lack of power to the distribution point. The temporary generators can only be run during certain hours.
Resolution is currently with City Power to restore normal power.
There currently no ETR.
