Update: 15/04/2023@10:06AM - Our partner provider is still working on sourcing a replacement hardware module. The fault has been escalated. No ETR at present
Update: 15/04/2023@12:23PM - Our partner provider is aware of the impact on customers, resolution is being prioritized. A replacement hardware module is still being sourced to permanently resolve the issue and alternative solutions are being investigated. No ETR at present.
Update: 15/04/2023@14:20PM - Our backhaul provider has experienced hardware failure on their transmission equipment and are in the process of sourcing replacement hardware. The resolution of this outage is being prioritized by the backhaul provider.
We are aware of the impact this has on our customers and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
