Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Octotel is observing services for Strand aggregation node have restored and are testing stable.

Octotel Engineers have identified and remidiated the issue affecting customer connectivity.

Octotel engineers are continuing investigations and troubleshooting efforts to determine the root cause of the service disruption.

Octotel engineers have identified further issues affecting customers connectivity. Engineers continue to investigate

Octotel engineers are monitoring for stability.
