Octotel is currently experiencing the following outage:

Impact: We are aware certain customers in the Strand area may be experiencing degraded network performance during peak times.
An upgrade had been scheduled for 15 March 2020 on our metro circuit however due to unforeseen circumstances has been rescheduled for Friday, 20 March 2020.
We will provide further feedback on the progress of the upgrade and once its been completed.
