Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Repairs work is ongoing. Partner provider Octotel technicians are currently splicing to repair services.

Repairs are ongoing. Partner provider technicians continue with splicing to repair services.

Partner provider technicians have localized the point of failure. Technicians are currently preparing to splice.

 

Update (05/02/2026 @ 13:41):

Partner provider engineers have confirmed damage to the upstream network fibre.

Fibre technicians are en route and are expected on site ~3pm to complete repairs.

Octotel technicians are en route to site to investigate further.
