Openfibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Openfibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 

Update (11/03/2026Y @ 02:10):  

Openfibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 11/03/2026Y @ 02:10. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues. 

 

Update (10/03/2026 @ 20:31):  

Kindly note the upstream providers technicians are on site and have tested and advised there is no light coming from the BDP and no bends seen on the live leg , further investigations are ongoing.

 

Update (10/03/2026 @ 16:36):  

Open fibreTechnicians are being finalised for onsite investigation, an ETA has been requested and will be shared once received . More updates to follow. 

 

Update (10/03/2026 @ 13:58): 

Openfibre technicians are currently on-site and performing testing from the node 

 

Update (10/03/2026 @ 12:13):  

 At this stage, we are still awaiting a revised ETA for service restoration. Please note that we remain in close communication with the Openfibre upstream provider and are actively following up to obtain and expedite an updated ETA

 Kindly note that an ETA of 11/03/2026 at 11:00 has been provided.
