Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

Link Layer technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Link Layer confirmed that this outage was resolved on 23/10/2024 @ 13:17. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

Kindly note that Link Africa has confirmed an ETR set for 15:30pm regarding the matter. We will follow up with them & escalate the matter accordingly to ensure that the incident is resolved as soon as possible. Kindly note our team will request progressive updates to ensure the estimated restoration time is met.

Please note that our upstream providers technicians are still onsite working to restore the link. We have requested an updated estimated restoration time and will provide this as soon as possible.
