Update:
The Silvertree / Lakeside Vlan maintenance that was scheduled to be completed this past Friday was unfortunately halted due to the Strand metro circuit interruption.
We will be continuing with this maintenance today between 10am and 1pm. Customers in the Silvetree / Lakside environment may experience a brief disruption to their connectivity during this maintenance window.

Octotel have confirmed a disruption that took place this morning in the Silvertree/Lakeside area between 06:36am and 06:57am
This was a result of the a migration that took place this morning which affected the connection to the Lakeside node, As a result we need to perform emergency maintenance on the Lakeside vlan today between 10:00am - 13:00pm
Octotel will be sending out an sms to all active customers in the area to inform them of the network maintenance.
Octotel Engineers will be on site to ensure down time is kept to a absolute minimum. During this time customers may experience intermittent to no connectivity.
