Please note that the technicians will rebuild a major fibre joint from 08:00-12:00.
Testing of all circuits will resume once this is completed.

Update Tuesday 17 December at 20:25 Technicians are still busy with the splicing repairs.

Update Tuesday 17 December at 13:13 :Please note that the DFA re-splicing entire panel at silverfields, and it will take 2 hours to complete and then they will begin patching splitters back.

Update Tuesday 17 December at 10:26 : Due to complexity of the faults, SADV technicians, DFA technicians and fibre contractors are still onsite working on resolving the issue.

Update Sunday 15 December at 10:00:Technicians are working on diverting physical links to restore connectivity, still no ETR as yet.

Please note we are aware of the technical difficulties currently being experienced at Silverfields.

The fault has been escalated to the fibre contractors to investigate, and it has been scheduled to be attended this morning before 09:00.

We will keep you updated with information as we receive it.
