GAIA sincerely apologise for the ongoing outage and the inconvenience caused. Due to adverse weather conditions, restoration efforts have been delayed, with the current ETA set for 09:00 on Saturday, 10 January.
Please be assured that this issue remains their top priority, and all necessary teams are actively working to restore internet services as soon as possible
