Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area/s: Sea Point 

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Octotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 08/04/2025 @13:24. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues

 

Update (08/04/2025 @11:23):  

Octotel are observing services for certain customers on the Sea Point aggregation node have restored at the moment. 

Engineers are monitoring for stability
