Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

FMAS Network technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment. 

 

FMAS confirmed that this outage was resolved on 07/05/2026 @ 13:25. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

FMAS technician has been dispatched. No ETA. Updates to follow.
