BMCT Facilities fetched the mobile generator; we are running on the mobile generator until the UPS battery is charged. The landlord switched to solar without letting us know (went off-grid), which affects us when their solar battery gets depleted.

The onsite generator broke down because the solar system tripped. Techs will be swapping it out for a new one.
