Zoom Fibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.
Zoom Fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.
Update (10/12/2025 @ 10:05):
Please note that the physical repairs have been completed in Saldanha Bay area.
The provisioning of the services that were affected by the cable is still in- progress to restore connectivity.

The cable break was caused by vandalism. Although our maintenance team has completed the physical repairs, services remain down as further investigations and testing are still in progress.
Kindly request your clients to keep their ONTs powered on at all times while we continue with service restoration.
