Metrofibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Areas: Salamat, Bloemhof 

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Metrofibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Metrofibre wants to assure you that they are continuously working hard to restore services, and they will keep you updated on their progress.

Metrofibre estimates that it will take approximately 10 hours to repair the services due to the extent of damage caused by vandalism.
