Vumatel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.
Update (16/07/2026 @13:53):
Vumatel field engineers will be replacing the SFPs at each site to resolve the intermittent connectivity issues. Once the replacements have been completed, progress updates will be shared accordingly
Update (16/07/2026 @12:45):
Vumatel technicians are observing in errors on the OLT uplink ports at Roodekrans and Riverview. Our field engineers have been notified and will be replacing the SFPs this afternoon. We we will monitor the interfaces after the replacement and provide you with an update.
Update (16/07/2026 @12:14):
Vumatel has confirmed the issue, and are observing errors on their Uplink ports for 2 OLT's.
They have Technicians en route to replace the SFP Modules.
