Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area/s: Claremont, Basset Road

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Octotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 03/07/2026 @ 13:53. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update (07/03/2026 @ 12:10):

Octotel technicians are currently on-site, assessing the damage across our fibre infrastructure. Once all the damage is pinpointed, We'll provide an estimated ETR for the full restoration process.
