Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Metrofibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Metrofbre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 01/05/2026 @ 18:42. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues. 

 

 

Update (01/05/2026 @ 15:39):  

Metrofbre wants to assure you that they are working continuously to restore services and will keep you updated on their progress.

Metrofbre estimates that it will take approximately 5 hours to repair the services due to the extent of damage caused.
