Open fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.
Kindly note the upstream providers teams are onsite and have identified dual breaks within their core links. Teams have started prepping. An ETR of 22:00PM has been provided but is subject to change due to the extent of the damage.
This has been raised to EXCO level to put high priority on this case so get this resolved ASAP.
