Kindly note that the fan filter on four line cards were replaced. Services on three of the line cards have been fully restored. The Vumatel team will continue investigating Line Card 10 to ensure full-service restoration.

Kindly note that the Carrier Engineer has recommended replacing the line card with a new one. The Vumatel team is proceeding with the recommended action.

Current observations indicate that Line Card 10 is not upgrading, and there is no alternative firmware version available to force the upgrade. The team is investigating further and will provide updates as they become available.

We can confirm that Line card 8 and 9 did restore after replacing the FAN Filter. However line card 10 did restore but with degraded services. We have escalated the issue to the vendor for further investigations.

Repairs are on hold as we are not allowed to access this area at this time. Access is granted for tomorrow morning at 8 am.

Vumatel engineers have tried a soft reset of the cards in question, but the device is not detecting them at all. Technicians will be dispatched to site to perform a hard reboot on the cards. Further updates will be provided as soon as possible.
