Update Sun 31/10/2021 11:32: Zoom Fibre has confirmed that theteams are still going road by road to get all the clients in the area up. Currently, teams are on Regina road and Ganges road. They will then move on to
Sadien road and Erna next.

Update Sat 30/10/2021 18:16: Zoom Fibre has confirmed that Bombay Road feeder fibre has now been fixed, teams are moving on to all other scheduled roads.
Our maintenance teams are currently at boundary road to resolve remaining matters and will continue to move on to the scheduled clients.

Zoom Fibre currently has both teams on Gaysingh road floating the replacement cable, they have completed on Himalaya and Belfort should there be clients down still we will ask them to check once the main faults have been repaired, once the team has completed the floating they will be moving onto Ganges.

Teams are busy finishing up on Himalaya and Belfort, Progress place is mostly repaired currently 9 and 10 still need attention, after these teams will be moving to gaysighn and regina to refloat the cable which will restore connectivity.

Zoom Fibre techs are currently working on Himalaya road, they have performed repairs on Gaysingh, and Regina however cables are too damaged and will be refloated, they have confirmed that customers in Mars and Martha should be up and running.

The major damage caused by the municipal digging has been repaired. Our teams are currently working through the area checking all the trouble areas that seem to still have issues

Zoom Fibre technicians are awaiting the delivery of materials to complete the repair of the issues caused by the municipality digging.

Zoom Fibre has teams in the area busy resolving the issues caused by the municipality damage, they are working as fast as they can to get these issues resolved.
Currently there are a few roads with issues caused by the municipality digging.
