They are currently monitoring the link for stability, and kindly request that you monitor and advise if further latency issues are experienced

Open Fibre's upstream provider has advised that the latency was initially caused by an outage at their high site. While the outage has since been resolved, latency issues persist. Open Fibre's upstream provider is actively working to resolve the matter; however, no ETR has been provided at this stage.

Please note that the Open Fibre core engineer team is still investigating this matter further, and it has been escalated to the upstream vendor for further testing
