Openfibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Openfibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Openfibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 31/10/2025 @ 09:56. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

Please note that second team of technicians are enroute to the site to assist with locating the fault.
