“Good day, please note an update on the current situation regarding the service disruption you’re experiencing. Our team has identified that the backhaul link has unfortunately dropped, and our technicians suspect that a cable break is the cause. This issue is impacting your link as well. At the moment, our technicians are actively working to localize the exact point of the cable break. We are closely monitoring the situation, and I will ensure that you receive immediate updates as soon as they have located the issue. Additionally, once the technicians have pinpointed the break, we will be able to share pictures and any other relevant details. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this.”
