Update at 13:59 06/08/2020: maintenance has been extended until 14:30 --- Cool Ideas can confirm the following emergency maintenance for Openserve customers in JHB. Where traffic will be routed via Cape Town:
Start: 06/08/2020 at 13h00 End:06/08/2020 at 14h00 Duration: 1 hour Area/s: all customers on Openserve fibre in Johannesburg.
Impact: Customers in the area will experience increased local latency, however international latency will be unaffected.
