Vumatel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area/s: Northwold, Johannesburg

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Vumatel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 Vumatel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 22/04/2026 03:26. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

Vumatel Teams are currently busy with another break, an update will be provided once there is an available team to assist.

Vumatel has advised that Repairs on hold as they are not allowed to access this area at this time

As per Vumatel Technician security couldn't let them stay beyond 18:00 Rest of the circuits can only be resolved tomorrow morning
