Evotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Vumatel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment. 

Update (03/04/2026 15:11):  

 Evotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 03/04/2026 15:10. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues. 


Update: (03/04/2026 13:44)
Evotel team is still on-site working on restoring service to the community. Team has identified a damaged cable, and the team is preparing to begin restoration efforts.

Update: (03/04/2026 10:31)
Evotel team is investigating the cause, and once it has been identified, restoration efforts will then commence.
