Open Fibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Open Fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 

Update (16/02/2025 @ 13:04):

Our technician upon arrival discovered there is power to the OLT using the rectifier, which is now operating at 95% battery capacity.

 

Update (16/02/2025 @ 12:44):

Open Fibre technicians are currently on-site and conducting a thorough assessment of our equipment to identify the root cause of the issue.

Opendfibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 16-02-2025 @ 19:01. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.
