Open fibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Open fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Technicians have confirmed that they are heading towards site in order to confirm if enough slack is available for the repairs

Maintenance teams have been dispatched and are actively working on the necessary repairs.
