Update 13/02/2020 at 18:57: Octotel has confirmed that they are aware certain customers at the building New Cumberland connection has not been restored since this mornings maintenance,There have been some delays this afternoon which have been resolved.
Octotel techs are on site making sure each customer connection comes online correctly configured.

Eta: Within the next hour all connections will be restored

Duration: 6 hours
Area/s: New Cumberland
Impact: Customers will have no connectivity during this time.
