Ebanzi is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Ebanzi technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 Ebanzi  confirmed that this outage was resolved on 06/02/2026 @ 18:51. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

Please note that DFA have begun splicing onsite, awaiting feedback on an updated ETR.

DFA team are on site and repairs have begun. ETR is 3 hours.

Please note the DFA team is currently on-site and busy exposing the damaged section to assess the extent of the fault.
