Impact: Customers will experience no/slow/intermittent connectivity.

Cool Ideas Engineers are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Update (30/11/2023 @ 17:30): Cool Ideas technicians confirmed that this outage was resolved. Please reboot your fibre box and router to re-establish a connection, and contact Support if you're still experiencing connectivity issues. Thank you for your patience, and apologies for the inconvenience.

Update (01/12/2023 @13:07) : We are checking the outage with Openserve engineers as some clients are still affected.  Further updates to follow.
