Vumatel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area/s: Multiple Areas -  Phoenix , Chatsworth, Newlands East - KZN 

Impact: Customers may experience slow/intermittent/no connectivity.

 

Vumatel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Vumatel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 31/10/2025 15:39. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.
