Vumatel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Update received is that the UPS and AVR will be delivered on Friday. Once received the equipment will be installed and feedback will be provided.

The team and the body corporate had agreed on a solution while still onsite, but the body corporate later declined it. Techs will now proceed with installing a new AVR & UPS and will confirm once the stock arrives today.

The body corporate meeting has been moved to 18 November. Further feedback will be provided once the meeting has been concluded.

Vumatel technicians are aware of the electricity concerns caused by a long cable. The voltage drops affecting users two to three times a day. A meeting has been arranged with the Body Corporate on 17 November 2025. Feedback will be provided after the meeting.
