Vumatel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Vumatel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 Technicians are still busy prepping the cables from both sides

Technicians are currently organizing cable slack on one side of the bridge.

Technicians are on site localizing the fault

Team en-routed to the point of break. ETA is 20 mins.

We are following up with the fiber provider on the progress of the fault and will share progressive feedback as soon as possible.

Fault deferred to tomorrow morning due to bad weather and safety.
