Vumatel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Vendor technicians are done splicing; both backhaul links are Up; however, the OLT is still down.
Further investigations are in progress to restore services

Vendor Technicians have confirmed a disconnect and they are busy splicing the fiber.
