Vumatel technicians spoke with the affected client on the PON. The client advised that they will only be available at their office on Monday. Therefore, repairs will resume tomorrow, 14/09/2026.
Update (12/09/2026 @ 17:23):
Repairs are on hold as the Vumatel team was onsite, but the client was unreachable. The team will return tomorrow to continue the investigation and resolve the fault.
