Zoomfibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Update (26/09/2025 @ 10:03):  

Please note the repair work was successfully completed last night and all blocks were brought back online, however some clients’ ONTs were still not verifying. Further checks revealed there were abnormal light levels in the feeder manhole, alluding to possible other damage.

 

Technicians are back on site investigating the high light levels and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will provide updates as soon as services are fully restored.
