Cool Ideas has confirmed with Metrofibre that speed realignments will commence from 1 June 2021 and will continue to be rolled out to customers in a phased approach until 15 June 2021.
Should your speeds not be upgraded by 16 June 2021, please be sure to log a ticket with Cool Ideas support, so we can address this with MetroFibre.
Cool Ideas' speed limits have already been adjusted for all MFN customers; as soon as Metrofibre has implemented their change for your connection the speed upgrade should be instantaneous.
